Western Spirit Headquarters

This three story, mixed use commercial building houses Western Spirit – a local company offering guided bike trips into the great outdoors. The typical office operations of the company weren’t the only thing to keep in mind, with significant space required for bike storage & workshops plus a smooth site flow to allow for tour groups, shuttles, and trailers to navigate the property with ease. Between trips the staff needed space to unwind, so a generous indoor & outdoor living area was provided, in addition to bunk rooms for temporary accommodation. A shaded deck and spacious conference room top the building, providing a potential fabulous function space to the community.
